The name carlosferien has been registered in the trademark register since 1995 and is therefore protected. carlosferien rents selected holiday homes, bungalows and apartments. All properties that you rent from us are not examples of houses, but you get exactly the property that you booked on our website or catalog in your home country or with us in Dénia.

When you arrive in Dénia, we will personally accompany you to the property and give you instructions, saving you from having to spend hours searching for directions.

Arrival time is from 4 p.m. Each holiday home is cleaned for you by our reliable cleaning team before your arrival. However, if there are any delays during the peak season, we ask for your understanding. If you need bed linen, towels or other miscellaneous items, you can rent them from us at any time.

If you arrive earlier, we will do our best to hand over your house to you; you can at least store your luggage in the house, swim in the pool or go shopping until the house cleaning has been carried out.

So you can enjoy your holiday surroundings or just the pool.

If you have a problem during your vacation, just call us or come to our office. We will deal with your problem immediately and try to remedy the situation. We will be happy to provide you with tips for excursions, sports opportunities and everything else at our reception.
